Thank you for choosing NOHA LINGERIE.
Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict hygiene regulations, we follow a no-return policy with very limited exceptions. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final (Hygiene & Safety Law)

For hygiene and health regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on lingerie or intimate apparel, including:

  • bodysuits;
  • panties;
  • lingerie sets;
  • mesh skirts;
  • garters;
  • custom-fit items;
  • sale items.

This rule is based on standard U.S. retail hygiene regulations and applies to all intimate apparel. A return is possible only in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect.

2. Defective or Incorrect Item (100% Replacement Guaranteed)

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge. To qualify, you must:

  • contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package;
  • include photos/videos of the defect;
  • show tags attached;
  • show original packaging and shipping label;
  • provide your order number.

If the defect is confirmed:

  • we replace the item at no cost; or
  • provide store credit (if the item is sold out).

Refunds for defective items are offered only at our discretion.

3. Exchanges

A) Exchange due to personal reasons (size, preference)

Because lingerie is an intimate category, exchange is possible only if:

  • the item is unworn, unwashed, and unused;
  • all original tags and hygiene elements are attached;
  • packaging is intact.

If there are signs of wearing, stretching, perfume, deodorant, stains, or makeup — an exchange is not possible. Shipping costs for size exchange are paid by the customer.

B) Exchange due to confirmed defect

If the item has a legitimate defect:

  • we cover all shipping costs;
  • we send a replacement; or
  • issue store credit.

4. 14-Day Exchange Window (Only If Tags Are Attached)

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request an exchange. After 14 days, we cannot offer exchanges under any circumstances.

To qualify:

  • item must be in perfect condition;
  • tags must be attached;
  • no signs of wear or use;
  • original packaging must be included.

5. Responsibility for Size Selection

The customer is fully responsible for choosing the correct size. We provide a detailed Size Guide to help make an accurate selection. We do not accept returns or refunds for incorrect size choice.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for:

  • delivery delays;
  • customs delays;
  • stolen packages marked as “Delivered”;
  • weather-related delays;
  • courier mistakes outside our control.

If your package is officially lost by the carrier (confirmed by the carrier), we will resend your order once, free of charge.

7. Color Disclaimer

Please note: colors may vary slightly due to screen calibration, lighting conditions, and device settings. This is not considered a defect or valid reason for return/exchange.

8. Customs, Duties & International Orders

For international shipments:

  • customs fees;
  • import taxes;
  • duties;
  • VAT

are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges are non-refundable. If a buyer refuses to pay customs fees, no refund will be issued.

9. Conditions for Return Shipping of Defective Items

To return a defective product (only if approved):

  • item must be unworn;
  • original packaging must be included;
  • all tags must be attached;
  • photos must be provided before shipping.

If the item arrives used or without tags, replacement will be denied.

10. Items Not Eligible Under Any Circumstances

We do not accept returns/exchanges for:

  • worn items;
  • washed items;
  • items with removed tags;
  • underwear/panties;
  • intimate apparel;
  • sale items;
  • custom-made pieces;
  • items with makeup stains, perfume, deodorant, or body scent.

No exceptions.

11. Customer Agreement

By completing a purchase on our website, the customer confirms that:

  • they have read this policy;
  • they understand all conditions; and
  • they agree to these terms.

This protects you legally if a customer later claims they “didn’t know” the policy.
