Shipping Policy

NOHA LINGERIE (operated by NOHA SERVICES)

We ship worldwide from two locations — Los Angeles, USA and Ukraine. Our goal is to ensure fast, safe, and reliable delivery to all our customers.

1. Shipping Locations

Orders are shipped from:

  • Los Angeles, California, USA;
  • Kyiv, Ukraine.

We ship to all countries except Russia and Belarus.

2. Shipping Carriers

Depending on your location and availability, orders may be shipped through:

  • USPS;
  • UPS;
  • FedEx;
  • Nova Poshta Global;
  • Ukrposhta.

Shipping is automatically routed from the closest fulfillment point (USA or Ukraine) to minimize delivery times.

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the official rates of the selected carrier at checkout. We do not add additional handling fees.

All shipping costs are displayed before payment.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier:

  • USA / Canada: 5–12 business days;
  • Europe: 5–10 business days;
  • Worldwide: 7–17 business days.

Please note: these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs, seasonal load, or carrier delays.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For all international shipments:

  • customs fees;
  • import taxes;
  • VAT;
  • any additional border charges

are the customer’s responsibility. We do not control or include these fees in the product or shipping cost.

If a customer refuses to pay customs fees, no refund will be issued.

7. Delays & Customs Clearance

We are not responsible for:

  • customs delays;
  • postal or courier delays;
  • weather conditions;
  • global disruptions or force majeure.

Once the package leaves our warehouse, delivery time is outside our control.

8. Incorrect Address / Package Returned to Sender

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • repeat shipping must be paid by the customer;
  • shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Marked-as-Delivered Packages

If the package is:

  • marked “Delivered” but not received;
  • stolen from a mailbox or doorstep; or
  • lost by the carrier,

NOHA LINGERIE is not responsible for replacement or refund. We will, however, assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

If the carrier officially confirms the package as lost, we will resend the order once, free of charge.

10. PO Boxes / APO / FPO Addresses

Delivery to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses may be limited depending on the courier. If your address is not eligible, we will contact you.

11. Tracking Information

All orders receive a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to activate depending on the carrier.

12. Refusal of Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery for any reason:

  • the package may be destroyed or returned by customs/post;
  • no refund will be issued.

We strongly encourage customers to accept all deliveries.

13. Shipping for Exchanges (If Eligible)

If an exchange is approved (see our Return & Refund Policy):

  • customer pays shipping for size exchanges or personal reasons;
  • NOHA LINGERIE pays shipping for exchanges due to confirmed defects.
