This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed and what terms apply to purchases made on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept secure online payments through:

  • Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express);
  • Apple Pay;
  • Google Pay;
  • PayPal (if connected / may be disabled);
  • International bank cards (for worldwide orders).

All payments are processed in real time through encrypted and secure payment gateways.

2. Currency

All prices on the website are displayed in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise stated. Your bank may convert the charge into your local currency according to its exchange rate.

3. Payment Security

We use trusted PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. This ensures:

  • secure transmission of card data;
  • encrypted payment processing;
  • protection against fraud;
  • no card data stored on our servers.

Your payment information is never stored or accessible to NOHA LINGERIE.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive:

  • an order confirmation email;
  • a payment receipt;
  • a tracking number once your order ships.

If you did not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us.

5. Payment Authorization & Fraud Protection

For your safety, all transactions are automatically screened. We reserve the right to:

  • request additional information;
  • verify identity;
  • cancel suspicious orders;
  • refuse transactions flagged as high-risk.

If an order is cancelled for security reasons, the full amount will be refunded.

6. Declined or Failed Payments

A payment may fail due to:

  • insufficient funds;
  • incorrect card information;
  • bank restrictions;
  • international purchase limitations;
  • security blocks.

If your payment is declined, you can:

  • try another card;
  • use Apple Pay / Google Pay;
  • contact your bank;
  • try again later.

7. Double Charges or Duplicate Payments

If you see two identical charges:

  • one may be a temporary bank authorization;
  • only one will be settled;
  • the other will usually disappear in 1–5 business days.

If both charges settle, contact us — we will investigate and refund the duplicate if confirmed.

8. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase — if they have not yet entered processing.

After this time, the order cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded, because items enter production preparation immediately.

9. No Chargebacks for Non-Refundable Items

Because lingerie is an intimate category:

  • all sales are final;
  • no returns;
  • no refunds (except confirmed defects — see Return & Refund Policy).

Customers agree not to file chargebacks for non-refundable goods. Any fraudulent dispute will be contested with full documentation (order history, policies, tracking, and proof of delivery).

10. Taxes

Applicable taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location. You are responsible for paying all local taxes related to your purchase.

11. Import Duties & Customs (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for:

  • import taxes;
  • customs fees;
  • VAT;
  • additional border charges.

These charges are not included in product or shipping cost. If a customer refuses to pay customs fees, no refund will be issued.
