DOMESTIC RETURNS
— Requests for domestic returns must be made within 30 days of your order date for a refund.
— Once the return label has been created, you have 14 days to drop it off at your local carrier to receive a refund. After 14 days, the return label will expire, and you'll need to contact Customer Service for a new return label.
— Domestic returns will incur a $6 return shipping fee, deducted from your refund.
— Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
ADDITIONAL RETURNS GUIDELINES
— Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and liners still attached. If you ordered an item without an attached tag, please return it with the original packaging.
— If you are returning multiple orders, do so separately to avoid processing delays of up to 8 business days from the first refund issuance.
— If your order was purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued back to the same gift card.
— We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.
— We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
— Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
— Unfortunately, we cannot create return labels for APO/FPO addresses due to the requirement of customs information for shipping.
— International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. Read more here.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
